My document was rejected. What should I do?

Document rejections usually happen because of:

  • Low quality — blurry, cropped, or unreadable scans
  • Expired documents — licences or certificates past their validity
  • Mismatch — name on document doesn't match the property registration
  • Wrong format — some OTAs require specific file types

Check the rejection reason on your dashboard, fix the issue, and re-upload. Our team will review and resubmit to the OTA. There's no extra charge for resubmissions.
