A global team spanning North America, South Asia, Southeast Asia, Europe, and the Middle East — who each discovered the same gap from five completely different vantage points. And decided to close it together.
“Every major OTA pours billions into marketing. Hundreds of millions of travellers are searching. But thousands of independent hotels — the ones with real character, real stories, real hospitality — aren't even in the results. We decided that was unacceptable.”
Trusted by hotel operators across Asia, Americas & the Middle East
Denver, Colorado — October 2025.
It was the final evening of The Hospitality Show 2025 — AHLA's flagship annual industry conference at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. The expo floor had closed. The keynotes were done. Most of the 5,200 attendees had moved to the official evening reception. But five people, each carrying years of frustration from different corners of the global hospitality ecosystem, found themselves at a corner table at The Maven Hotel's lobby bar on Wewatta Street, two blocks from the convention center.
They had met briefly during a panel on distribution technology earlier that day. They had found themselves in complete agreement. And when the panel ended, one of them said the words that started everything: “Let's get a coffee and actually talk about this.”
Around that table sat an OTA distribution veteran from North America who had spent eleven years watching independent hotels struggle to navigate extranet onboarding. A hotel technology specialist from South Asia who had implemented digital systems for hundreds of properties. An AI and cloud infrastructure engineer from Southeast Asia who saw the distribution gap as a solvable engineering problem.
Alongside them sat a revenue management strategist from Europe — someone who had watched boutique properties leave millions on the table simply by not being listed on the right channels. And a global distribution systems consultant from the Middle East who had spent over a decade connecting hotel inventories to GDS networks.
Five people. Five regions. Five careers built in five completely different corners of the same industry. And one shared observation: the biggest problem in modern hotel commerce wasn't demand. It was access.
Three coffees and one round of something stronger later, the decision was made. They weren't going to write a white paper. They weren't going to present at next year's panel. They were going to fix it.
HotelKite Inc. was incorporated in Colorado six weeks later. ListMyHotel.AI went into development the same week.
“Five industry veterans. Five different regions. One table in Denver. And the shared conviction that independent hoteliers around the world deserved a better path to OTA distribution.”
Five veterans from five global regions meet at AHLA's Hospitality Show. The problem is named. The solution is committed to.

Spent over a decade in regional OTA distribution strategy across the Americas and Asia-Pacific, managing hotel supply acquisition at one of the world's top three booking platforms. Understands OTA algorithms, extranet onboarding, and the exact friction points that stop hotels from going live.
"I spent a decade helping OTAs grow their hotel supply. Now I help hotels capture that same demand. Same ecosystem — completely different purpose."11 yrs OTA · Americas + APAC
Fifteen years implementing hotel technology systems across South and Southeast Asia for independent hotels, boutique brands, and regional chains. Has personally navigated OTA onboarding across seven markets.
"I've watched operators abandon OTA registration three separate times because the process defeated them. We built this so they never face that again."15 yrs tech · South & SEA
Built AI-powered revenue management and demand forecasting systems for major hotel groups across Asia. Architect of the OTA-GPT engine and the automated document processing pipeline that reduces registration time from weeks to 48 hours.
"Every OTA registration is fundamentally a structured data problem. Once you see it that way, building the automation becomes the only logical response."14 yrs AI/cloud · Asia-Pacific
Seventeen years optimising OTA channel mix and pricing strategy for multi-property portfolios across the UK, Continental Europe, and the Americas. Managed a 40-property independent portfolio.
"Revenue strategy only works when your distribution is right. The best pricing in the world does nothing if you're not present where demand is searching."17 yrs RevMgmt · Europe + Americas

"Hotels that master distribution don't wait for the market to find them. They show up — on every platform, in every search, at every price point that makes sense."12 yrs GDS · MESA + Global
ListMyHotel.AI is supported by an advisory network of senior executives from global hotel brands, OTA platforms, hospitality technology companies, and institutional investors. Our advisors bring board-level perspective on distribution strategy, technology scaling, and the nuances of hospitality commerce across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
OTAs collectively spend over $24 billion a year in global marketing — driving hundreds of millions of travellers to their platforms. Our mission is to ensure independent hotels are present, correctly configured, and revenue-ready when that demand arrives.
OTA registration should not require a team of specialists or weeks of effort. We built the service so a single-property owner anywhere in the world can access the same distribution channels as a global chain.
Our AI doesn't replace hospitality expertise — it applies it at scale. Every registration, every document review, every OTA-specific requirement is processed by systems trained on thousands of successful go-lives.
We don't measure success by applications submitted. We measure it by hotels going live, rooms booked, and revenue flowing. Every feature we build exists to accelerate that outcome.
Distribution is a global challenge. Our platform serves hotel operators in South Asia, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Europe — with pricing, language, and OTA relevance adapted for each market.
When hotels share their property data and banking details with us to enable registration, they place significant trust in us. We take that seriously — operationally, legally, and ethically.
The hospitality industry moves on demand cycles. A hotel that misses peak season because registration took three months loses revenue they can never recover. We built for 48-hour go-lives as the standard.
Every day a hotel isn't listed is revenue lost. We move fast without cutting corners.
One wrong field delays go-live by weeks. We get it right the first time, every time.
We succeed when our hotel clients succeed. Their OTA performance is our performance metric.
Every registration makes the next one faster, smoother, and more effective.
Hotels share sensitive data with us. We protect it with the same intensity we bring to our own.
OTA distribution knows no geography. Neither do we. Same quality, any market, any timezone.
