• Personal information of hotel owners and authorised representatives — name, email address, phone number, and identity documents (PAN, Aadhaar, or equivalent).
• Hotel property data — property name, address, type, room configurations, photographs, amenities, policies, and descriptions.
• Financial data — bank account details (for OTA payment linkage), GSTIN, and payment transaction records.
• Regulatory documents — trade licences, FSSAI certificates, fire safety clearances, tourism registrations, and NOCs from prior aggregators.
• Usage data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use our website.
• Communication logs — emails, chat messages, and support correspondence.

3. How We Use Your Information

All personal data and property data collected is used solely for:

• Completing the OTA listing process on your selected OTA platforms.
• Creating and configuring your property profile, room details, rate plans, and policies on each OTA.
• Submitting your listing application and required documentation to each OTA platform.
• Communicating with you regarding the status of your registrations and account.
• Issuing invoices and maintaining financial records as required by law.
• Improving our platform, services, and user experience.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal data or confidential information to any third party for commercial, marketing, or profiling purposes.

We share your information only with:

• OTA platforms you have selected for listing — strictly to the extent required to complete your registration (property name, description, photos, room details, rate plans, policies, and amenities).
• Payment processors — to process your transactions securely (Stripe, Razorpay, as applicable).
• Cloud infrastructure providers — your documents are stored on encrypted AWS S3 storage with bank-grade security.
• Legal and regulatory authorities — only when required by applicable law or binding court order.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include encryption at rest and in transit, access controls, regular security audits, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal data and property data only for the period necessary to fulfil our obligations under your service agreement and as required by applicable law (including tax and regulatory retention requirements). Upon expiry of such period, we securely delete or anonymise your data.
