What is your refund policy?

Our service fees are non-refundable except in one specific case: if ListMyHotel.AI fails to submit your listing application due to our own internal failure (not due to OTA rejection or your documents).

In that case, a prorated refund of the per-OTA setup fee is processed within 21 business days.

No refund is issued for:

  • OTA rejection (this is the OTA's independent decision)
  • Client-initiated cancellation or change of mind
  • Delays caused by incomplete documents
