How do I request a refund?

If you believe you're eligible for a refund under our policy:

  1. Email legal@listmyhotel.ai within 15 calendar days of the event
  2. Include your account email, order reference, and reason
  3. Our team will review within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refund is processed within 21 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
