Why is my listing taking longer than expected?

• Incomplete documents — missing or rejected documents pause the process
• OTA backlog — some OTAs have seasonal processing delays
• Additional verification — the OTA may request extra information
• Property quality check — some OTAs conduct virtual or physical inspections
• NOC pending — waiting for clearance from a prior aggregator

Check your dashboard for the current status and any action items. Our team proactively follows up with OTAs, but some delays are outside our control.
