2. In Review — documents received, being prepared
3. Submitted — application sent to the OTA
4. Under OTA Review — OTA is processing your application
5. Live — your hotel is live and bookable

You'll receive email notifications at each stage change. You can also check real-time status anytime from your dashboard.
