Who can see my uploaded documents?

Your documents are accessible only to:

• You — via your dashboard
• Our listing team — the coordinators handling your OTA registrations
• The specific OTAs you selected — only the documents required by each platform

We do not share your documents with any other party, company, or service. Documents are transmitted to OTAs only as part of the registration process you've authorised.
